Shipping costs

New Zealand
We offer free shipping for any retail order over $60. Freight under $60 is $6 for urban and $9.50 for rural delivery. (Does not apply to wholesale orders).

Australia
Shipping is $10 for orders under $50 and $15 for over $50. (Does not apply to wholesale orders).

Rest of the world
Shipping will be calculated and confirmed by customer before order is sent. 

International shipping – excluded products

Due to changes in New Zealand export and bio-security regulations, we are unable send particular products overseas. These include our Essential Oils, bath salts and liquid soap.

Returns

You may return any Blue Earth product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery on the basis that the product (or products) meets one of two conditions. These are as follows:

a) the goods remain unused, unopened and not tampered with in anyway OR;

b) the goods are in some way defective, damaged or expired or soon-to-expire stock (Please note stock sold at discount based on near-ending expiry dates are excluded unless defective).

Return shipping costs

Blue Earth will pay or refund the full cost of return shipping on the basis that the return is a direct result of our error. For example: you received goods that were not part of your order or incorrect (wrong size, type or flavour) OR because the items you ordered are defective or expired.

Return process

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email or by phone of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive and process your return from the shipper and arranging to transfer the funds into your account.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world but please note there may be restrictions on goods that contain fresh or dried organic plant matter such as flowers, seeds, leaves etc

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
